While the “horse whisperer” rarely said anything, the people who were watching thought the “horse whisperer” must be whispering. The horse would be responding so beautifully without the use of loud commanding tones, fear or pain.

Conventional trainers use loud commanding tones, fear, intimidation, and pain to conquer and overpower the horses they trained. The principles of “Horse whispering”, has nothing to do with conquering or overpowering.

I believe you to can learn to apply the principles of “horse whispering” with people or animals to help create happy, cooperative, and willing relationships in your life.

I say that the principles of “horse whispering” have little to do with horses and believe these principles are far too important to use exclusively on horses because of its universal application and power to positively change any relationship.

What Is Horse Whispering?

I've been doing what people consider to be horse whispering for over 25 years.  Well, I guess I should start out by briefly explaining what the term "horse whispering" means.  The term "Horse Whispering" was developed back in the 1800's to explain what people perceived to be done amoung a few select horsemen.

The “Horse Whisperer’s” could get more training done with a horse in a few minutes or hours, than conventional trainers could get in days, weeks, months and in some cases never get done. This still holds true today.

“I only have one criteria for what I use, do or teach, it has to work in a positive and constructive manner for everyone involved.”

"If you change the way they think, you will automatically change they way they act."

"You're never working on them to get the change, you will always be working on yourself. The change comes from you to them."

"You can either coexist through nonviolence or destroy all your relationships through violence, the choice is your's."

What we are trying to do is to teach horse whispering techniques to parents, so they can take bad parent child relationships and turn them into positive relationships quickly and effectively.
